a. We use this Data to provide you with details of our service, areas of related interest and products for example to

b. We also collect information on how visitors use our website through webstats. In accordance with Google Analytics our data retention period is 26 months.
c. Your personal data is stored on our computers and on back up drives with access limited to authorized users (J Sinnatt).
d.We store your personal information securely on our webservers for the on-going operation of your orders.
e. When unsubscribing from our email/Newsletter your data will be removed from the Subscribers database.
f. Once data is no longer needed, we will delete it.
g. Personal Data will be stored on our internal server for accounting and record keeping purposes in line with HMRC policies. With limited authorised access only permitted.

a. Consent is gained by submitting a request for our Newsletter on the company’s website or by personal email request.
b. Consent is gained by written form such as; email, letter, completed form, hand written in the Sign up Book at Shows and Fairs.
c. Consent is gained by placing an order through our website
NB: By placing an order through our website, you will not be subscribed to our Newsletter, unless you opt in.
Record Keeping
a. We use MailChimp to send out newsletters. They store data via secure access in compliance with GDPR. The subscription list is managed by J Sinnatt and updated regularly.
b. You are welcome to opt-out at any time.
i. Unsubscribe from our email/Newsletter via the link
ii. Send a personal email requesting to opt-out of receiving further communication from St Agnes Eve.
iii. You have the Right to Erasure. Contact enquiries@stagneseve.com requesting the Right to be Forgotten. We will then delete all personal data held on file.
DATA BREACH PROCEDURES
a. Procedures are in place to detect, report and investigate any threat to our on-line services and collected data via ActivWebDesign, our IT developer.
b. Should breached data include Customers data those Customers will be informed via email and we will take reasonable steps to minimise harm and secure Customer Personal Data.
c. Notification of or response to a data breach will not be construed as an acknowledgement of any fault or liability by St Agnes Eve.
