I named this scarf design after sculptor and artist Clare Trenchard. I visited her gallery in Dorset during Dorset Arts week a couple of years ago. It is set in the most beautiful countryside, her sculptures are placed in her garden and the surrounding fields – an idyllic and inspiring setting. The design came from a photograph I took of some huge pots she had in her courtyard. The abstraction came when I stayed playing with the image. You can find the pot if you look hard!
